By accessing the WaveCraft Outfitters website and utilizing our professional surf services, you agree to be bound by these legal terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and WaveCraft Outfitters regarding your access to and use of our facilities, equipment, and digital platforms.
All custom board commissions and gear purchases are subject to availability. WaveCraft Outfitters reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment must be processed in full before custom shaping or shipping of performance goods commences.
Safety is our primary mandate. All participants in WaveCraft Outfitters coached sessions must sign a comprehensive liability waiver. Instructors reserve the right to cancel sessions due to dangerous oceanic conditions in the Miami area. Participants must disclose any medical conditions prior to entering the water.
Renters assume full responsibility for the equipment provided. Our rental agreement stipulates that any damage to fiberglass, fins, or traction pads during the rental period will result in repair fees according to our standard shop rates. Late returns are subject to hourly surcharge penalties.
Wavecraft Outfitters provides expert repair services for boards and wetsuits. While we strive for aesthetic perfection, structural integrity is our priority. WaveCraft Outfitters is not responsible for equipment left at our workshop for more than 30 days after the completion of noted repairs.
